Bilal Teffaha has endeavored on this writing journey for well over a decade in the making. Incepted by a desire to negate & confront the negative tropes, prejudices & mischaraterisations of The Levant - its rich heritage, aesthetic cultures, ancient religious history & civilizations.

The question was how to overcome the inordinate cartoonish & villainous perceptions being molded in real-life media & pop-culture, by countering with intellectual content that explores the philosophical, religious, political & anthropological histories in a fictional tale.

Originating from Lebanese heritage with Palestinian roots, Bilal, as many from the Lebanese diaspora, migrated at a young age; his family settled in Melbourne, Australia where he became established, & as shared by the stories protagonist - found a calling in the administration of Justice & Law.

Beyond everyday life, Bilal is a Husband & Father; an apprentice of many hobbies, albeit a master of none - musical leanings through guitar and keyboard, writing & poetry, semi-handyman & reluctant renovator! A self-titled Hysteria-‘Media’tor through his YouTube Channel “Al Jazara Expositions” - & a student of history, science, philosophy, & the great outdoors through a love of hiking and adventure!
